1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Securely pack the item and send it back following the instructions provided by our support team.


4. Return Shipping and Fees

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Customer Remorse
If you ordered the wrong item, size, or color, or changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.


5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approval
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method.

Refund Time
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item and place a new order.
